Sam Lofquist, born on March 15, 1990, in the United States, is a notable ice hockey defenseman known for his strong presence on the blue line. He began his junior career in the United States Hockey League (USHL) before moving to play NCAA Division I hockey with the University of Minnesota-Duluth, where he contributed significantly to the team's defensive efforts and offensive transitions.
