Samu Salminen (born December 22, 2001) is a professional ice hockey player from Finland, recognized for his agility and playmaking skills. He began his career in youth hockey within the Finnish system, notably playing for HIFK's junior teams. Salminen's exceptional talent earned him a spot on national youth teams, where he showcased his potential in international competitions.
In 2019, Salminen was drafted by the New Jersey Devils in the third round of the NHL Entry Draft, 78th overall.
