Sarfraz Nawaz, born on December 1, 1966, in Lahore, Pakistan, is a former cricketer who played as a right-arm fast bowler for the Pakistan national team. He made his Test debut in 1969 against New Zealand, marking the beginning of a significant international career that spanned until 1986. Nawaz is noted for his contributions in both Test and One Day Internationals (ODIs), where he was known for his ability to swing the ball and his strategic bowling skills.
Throughout his career, Nawaz achieved notable success, including being a key member of the Pakistan team that won the 1992 Cricket World Cup.
