Scott Studwell, born on August 27, 1954, in Saint Paul, Minnesota, is a former professional American football linebacker who spent his entire National Football League (NFL) career with the Minnesota Vikings. He was drafted by the Vikings in the ninth round of the 1977 NFL Draft after a standout collegiate career at the University of Illinois. Studwell quickly established himself as a key defensive player for the team, known for his strong tackling skills and football intelligence.
