Scott Valentine, born on May 2, 1991, in Canada, is a professional ice hockey player known for his strong defensive play. Drafted in the 4th round, 105th overall, by the Columbus Blue Jackets in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft, Valentine showcased his talent in junior hockey, playing for the Kitchener Rangers in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) before transitioning to professional leagues.
