Seth Payne, born on February 12, 1975, in New York, New York, is a former professional American football player who played as a defensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL). He attended Cornell University, where he excelled both academically and athletically, earning a degree in mechanical engineering while also distinguishing himself on the football field. After going undrafted in the 1997 NFL Draft, Payne signed with the New York Jets.
