Shaquem Griffin, born on July 20, 1995, in St. Petersburg, Florida, is a former American football linebacker who gained widespread recognition for his remarkable athletic achievements despite being born with a condition known as amniotic band syndrome, which resulted in the loss of his left hand. He played college football at the University of Central Florida (UCF), where he was a key member of the team that achieved an undefeated season in 2017 and was named the American Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year.
