Stan Weir is a former Canadian ice hockey player born on March 17, 1952, in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. A forward, Weir played junior hockey with the Weyburn Red Wings and subsequently signed with the Western Hockey League's Saskatchewan Rockies. He made his National Hockey League (NHL) debut in the 1974-75 season with the California Golden Seals.
During his professional career, Weir showcased his skills with several teams, including the Golden Seals, the New York Rangers, and the Houston Aeros. He played primarily in the NHL, contributing to his teams with both goal-scoring and playmaking abilities.
