Stanley Sokol (born April 15, 1991) is a former professional American football player who played as a linebacker in the National Football League (NFL). He was born in Chicago, Illinois, and attended the University of Illinois where he established himself as a key defensive player. Sokol was selected in the fifth round of the 2013 NFL Draft by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
During his six-season NFL career, Sokol played for the Buccaneers, New England Patriots, and New York Jets, earning a reputation for his speed and tackling ability.
