Steve Bilsky is a former American basketball player, best known for his collegiate career at the University of Pennsylvania. He played as a guard for the Quakers from 1968 to 1971, where he was recognized for his exceptional scoring ability and playmaking skills. During his senior season, Bilsky led the Ivy League in scoring, placing him among the top collegiate players in the nation.

Following his successful college career, Bilsky was selected in the 1971 NBA Draft by the Philadelphia 76ers.
