Steve Emtman, born on April 16, 1970, in Pullman, Washington, is a former professional American football player known for his impactful career as a defensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL). Emtman attended the University of Washington, where he distinguished himself as a standout player, earning consensus All-American honors in 1991. His collegiate performance led him to be selected first overall by the Indianapolis Colts in the 1992 NFL Draft.
