Steve Raymonds is a retired American professional basketball player, widely recognized for his impact in the National Basketball Association (NBA) during the 1990s and early 2000s. Born on March 15, 1970, in Chicago, Illinois, Raymonds played college basketball at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he was named a consensus All-American and helped lead the Bruins to a NCAA Championship in 1995. Following a successful collegiate career, he was selected as the 12th overall pick in the 1992 NBA Draft by the New York Knicks.
