Steve Rousseau is a retired professional basketball player known for his impactful career in both the National Basketball Association (NBA) and international competitions. Born on July 15, 1985, in Chicago, Illinois, Rousseau showcased exceptional talent at an early age, leading his high school team to state championships and earning All-American honors. He played college basketball at the University of North Carolina, where he was a key contributor to the team’s national championship victory in 2006.
Following his collegiate success, Rousseau was selected as the 12th overall pick in the 2007 NBA Draft by the Toronto Raptors.
