Stéphane Charbonneau, born on June 27, 1970, in Quebec, Canada, is a former professional ice hockey player known for his contributions to the sport during the 1990s. A forward, Charbonneau began his career in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) with the Verdun College-Francais, where he showcased his scoring ability and playmaking skills, ultimately leading to his selection in the 1988 NHL Entry Draft.
