Stéphane Julien, born on April 7, 1974, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, is a retired professional ice hockey player known for his versatility on the ice as a defenseman. Julien was drafted in the 9th round, 224th overall, by the New Jersey Devils in the 1992 NHL Entry Draft. His professional career spanned from 1992 to 2005, during which he played in the NHL and various minor leagues.
Throughout his career, Julien made significant contributions to the teams he played for, including the New Jersey Devils and the Atlanta Thrashers. He appeared in 75 NHL games and accumulated 10 points, showcasing his impactful presence on defense.
