Stéphane Thivierge, born on April 30, 1966, in Granby, Quebec, Canada, is a former professional ice hockey player renowned for his contributions to the sport during the late 1980s and early 1990s. Thivierge began his career in junior hockey with the Granby Bisons in the QMJHL, where he showcased his scoring prowess and playmaking ability, eventually leading to his selection in the 1984 NHL Entry Draft.
Thivierge made his NHL debut with the New Jersey Devils in the 1986-87 season, where he played for three seasons.
