Tim Almquist is a former professional basketball player known for his exceptional skills as a guard. Born on March 15, 1985, in Seattle, Washington, Almquist emerged as a standout athlete during his high school career at Lincoln High School, where he led his team to a state championship and earned All-American honors. He went on to play collegiate basketball at the University of Washington, where he became the team's leading scorer and playmaker, ultimately being named to the All-Pac-12 Conference First Team.
After completing his college career, Almquist was selected in the second round of the 2007 NBA Draft by the New York Knicks.
