Tim Army, born on April 26, 1963, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is a former professional ice hockey player known for his versatile play as both a center and a winger. He played college hockey at the University of Maine, where he was a key player and garnered attention for his scoring ability. Army was selected in the 8th round of the 1982 NHL Entry Draft by the Montreal Canadiens, where he made his NHL debut during the 1986-87 season.
