Tim Bowens, born on February 7, 1973, is a former American football defensive tackle who had a notable career in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at the University of Mississippi, where he garnered attention for his exceptional skills on the defensive line. He was selected in the first round of the 1994 NFL Draft, being chosen 20th overall by the Miami Dolphins.
Bowens spent the entirety of his professional career with the Miami Dolphins from 1994 to 2004.
