Todd Bertuzzi, born on February 2, 1975, in Sudbury, Ontario, is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey player known for his powerful playing style and scoring ability. Drafted 23rd overall by the New York Islanders in the 1993 NHL Entry Draft, Bertuzzi began his career with the Islanders before being traded to the Vancouver Canucks, where he achieved significant success. With the Canucks, he became a pivotal figure in the team's offense, recording career-highs of 46 goals and 102 points during the 2002-03 NHL season.
Bertuzzi's career was marked by both accomplishments and controversies.
