Todd Blackledge, born on February 25, 1961, in North Canton, Ohio, is a former professional American football quarterback. He played college football at Penn State University, where he was part of the 1983 national championship team and was awarded the prestigious Davey O'Brien Award as the nation's best quarterback. After a successful college career, Blackledge was selected seventh overall in the 1983 NFL Draft by the Kansas City Chiefs.
