Tom Hallahan (born December 16, 1908) was an Australian rules footballer who played in the Victorian Football League (VFL) during the 1920s and 1930s. He was known for his versatility on the field, capable of playing both as a forward and in the midfield. Hallahan began his career with the St Kilda Football Club, debuting in 1927 and quickly establishing himself as a key player in the team.

Throughout his career, Hallahan played 156 games and scored 225 goals for St Kilda. He was instrumental in leading the team to the VFL Grand Final in 1939, although they were runners-up that year.
