Tom Horne is a former professional basketball player known for his prowess on the court during the late 1990s and early 2000s. Born on May 15, 1975, in San Diego, California, Horne played college basketball at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he helped lead the Bruins to a Pac-10 Championship.
