Travis Lulay, born on September 27, 1983, in Aumsville, Oregon, is a former professional American football quarterback who played in the Canadian Football League (CFL). He attended Oregon State University, where he set several school records and gained recognition for his impressive collegiate performances. After going undrafted in the 2006 NFL Draft, Lulay signed with the Seattle Seahawks but transitioned to the CFL shortly thereafter.
