Van Phelps is a retired professional basketball player known for his exceptional skills as a shooting guard during his tenure in various leagues including the National Basketball Association (NBA) and international competitions. Born on February 14, 1985, in Atlanta, Georgia, Phelps developed a passion for basketball at a young age, eventually earning a scholarship to play college basketball at the University of Kentucky.
