Vernon Longworth (30 August 1877 – date of death unknown) was an English cricketer who played primarily as a right-handed batsman. He made his debut in first-class cricket for Nottinghamshire in 1899, where he developed a reputation for his solid technique and dependable batting. Over the course of his career, Longworth participated in 66 first-class matches, accumulating a total of 3,168 runs with an average of 30.45, including six centuries.

Longworth's career spanned over a decade, during which he showcased his skills not only in domestic competitions but also played in several matches for the England national team. He was part of the England squad that toured Australia in 1903–04, contributing to the team’s historic Ashes campaigns. His performances peaked between 1904 and 1907, where he was recognized for his contributions and reliable presence in the batting lineup.
