Victor Bartley is a former Canadian professional ice hockey defenseman, born on February 17, 1988, in Kanata, Ontario. He played junior hockey in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) for the Ottawa 67's and later the Kingston Frontenacs, demonstrating his prowess as a reliable defenseman. Bartley was selected in the fourth round, 108th overall, by the Nashville Predators in the 2008 NHL Entry Draft.
