Biography
Vladimír Országh, born on May 24, 1977, in Spišská Nová Ves, Slovakia, is a former professional ice hockey forward known for his significant contributions to Slovak ice hockey both domestically and internationally. Országh began his career in the Slovak leagues before making his mark in the National Hockey League (NHL), having played for teams such as the New York Islanders and the Nashville Predators during his time in North America.
Országh was a key member of the Slovak national team, representing his country in several international tournaments, including the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, where Slovakia won a bronze medal.
