Walt McKinney is a retired professional basketball athlete known for his outstanding career in the National Basketball Association (NBA) and international leagues. Born on March 15, 1985, in Atlanta, Georgia, McKinney rose to prominence as a shooting guard during his collegiate career at the University of North Carolina, where he led the Tar Heels to the NCAA Championship in 2006.
