Wayne Cook, born on April 13, 1971, is a former professional American football player who played as a quarterback in the National Football League (NFL). Cook attended UCLA, where he showcased his talent as a starter and set numerous records for the Bruins. He was selected in the seventh round of the 1993 NFL Draft by the San Francisco 49ers.
