Wendell Labrooy, born on September 25, 1971, is a former professional cricketer from Sri Lanka who represented the national team as an all-rounder. He made his One Day International (ODI) debut in 1994 against Zimbabwe and went on to play in 29 ODIs until his retirement from the format in 1999. Known for his aggressive batting style and useful right-arm medium-fast bowling, Labrooy contributed significantly to Sri Lanka's cricketing landscape during his tenure.
