Wilson Whitley, born on April 28, 1955, is a former professional American football player who played as a defensive lineman in the National Football League (NFL). He was selected in the 5th round of the 1977 NFL Draft by the Philadelphia Eagles after a standout college career at the University of Southern California, where he was known for his powerful play and athleticism. Over the course of his career, he also played for the San Francisco 49ers and the Houston Oilers.
