Xavier Henry is a former professional basketball player from the United States, born on March 15, 1991. A highly regarded prospect out of high school, he played college basketball for the Kansas Jayhawks during the 2009-2010 season before declaring for the NBA Draft. Henry was selected 12th overall by the New Orleans Hornets in the 2010 NBA Draft, marking the beginning of his professional career.
