Biography
Xavier Rhodes was born on June 19, 1990, in Miami, Florida. He played college football at Florida State University, where he established himself as a standout cornerback and earned All-American honors. After declaring for the NFL Draft, Rhodes was selected by the Minnesota Vikings in the first round, 25th overall, in the 2013 NFL Draft.
During his tenure with the Vikings, Rhodes quickly gained recognition for his elite coverage skills and physical style of play. He was named to the Pro Bowl in 2016, 2017, and 2019, solidifying his status as one of the league's top cornerbacks. In addition to his Pro Bowl selections, Rhodes was also awarded First-team All-Pro honors in 2017, reflecting his impact on the field and contributions to the team's defensive success.
