Biography
Zac Taylor, born on May 10, 1983, in Norman, Oklahoma, is a former professional American football player and current head coach of the Cincinnati Bengals in the National Football League (NFL). Taylor played college football as a quarterback at the University of Nebraska, where he had a notable career that included notable performances in high-pressure games. Following his college tenure, he was selected by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the sixth round of the 2007 NFL Draft.
After his time with the Buccaneers, Taylor's playing career included stints with the Miami Dolphins and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the Canadian Football League (CFL). Although his playing career was brief and did not lead to significant individual accolades, Taylor transitioned to coaching, where he began to establish a reputation for his offensive acumen.
