Zach Trotman, born on August 26, 1990, is an American professional ice hockey defenseman known for his contributions in both the National Hockey League (NHL) and minor leagues. He was drafted by the Los Angeles Kings in the 7th round, 210th overall, in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. Trotman played college hockey at the University of Notre Dame, where he showcased his defensive skills and offensive potential.
Trotman made his NHL debut with the Kings during the 2014-2015 season and later played for the Boston Bruins after being claimed off waivers.
