Biography
Brett Bellemore (born June 25, 1988) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player known for his strong defensive play and physical style. He played junior hockey in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) with the Plymouth Whalers, where he developed skills that would later secure his position as a reliable defenseman. After being selected in the sixth round, 171st overall, by the Carolina Hurricanes in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft, Bellemore transitioned to professional hockey.
Bellemore made his NHL debut with the Carolina Hurricanes during the 2013-14 season, where he quickly established a reputation as a formidable presence on the ice. Throughout his career, he contributed to various teams in the American Hockey League (AHL) and played crucial roles in playoff runs, showcasing his abilities both offensively and defensively.
